This luxury home has uninterrupted, 180-degree view of Louttit Bay and takes in everything from the Aireys Inlet lighthouse to the Lorne Pier. It is ideally located in quiet North Lorne, literally just 1 block from the beach and only 1km from Lorne’s café’s, supermarket and beach.
Aespect is a spacious 3-bedroom home with stunning high-end finishes throughout. The floor to ceiling glass doors upstairs open out to a large deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The well-equipped kitchen, butler’s pantry and large dining table makes entertaining at Aespect is a breeze!
There are huge living spaces upstairs and downstairs both with comfortable corner lounges and large smart TV’s. Downstairs also has a huge deck area with plenty of room for everyone to lounge around in the sun by the pool and spa. For the cooler months, there’s central heating and a gas log fire upstairs and a split system downstairs.
Aespect has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests:

03/2023Incredibly beautiful home, with breath taking views. Honestly the most perfect property, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and comfortable beds. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great and kept us all entertained, honestly couldn’t fault the place! 😍

04/2023A wonderful stay with wonderful hosts. The house is even better than it looks in the pictures and the pool was so hot. The children swam in it every day. The view was spectacular and the amenities and price was just perfect. My children decided they want to live there. Thank you for having us we will be back. PS The position is also a lot closer than you think. It was a very quick walk into town and a beautiful walk at that.

11/2023We loved our stay. Kids had a great time in the heated pool and the house was more spacious than the photos did it justice. Much closer to town than I was expecting but away from any noise as we were here over a long weekend. The view was sensational. The house had lovely luxurious amenities that were very appreciated. Child friendly with some house toys, pool toys, highchair and gate at the top of the stairs. It was perfect and we hope to come back soon!
