few minutes’ walk from Lorne’s restaurants, boutiques and the beach!
This modern three-bedroom apartment has 2 levels and has everything you could
possibly want for an amazing coastal getaway!
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom,
laundry, living area and small balcony. While the upper level has 1 bedroom, bathroom,
open plan kitchen, living/dining area, complete with a balcony and Weber BBQ.
Bedroom 1 downstairs – 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2 downstairs - 1 set of single beds
and a single bed
Bedroom 3 upstairs – Queen bed
Apartment Three 17 also features 2 under cover car parks with a clearance of 2 metres.

02/2024The house is great, clean, spacious and well placed. The only thing is that it's close to the back of restaurants/cafes and the goods delivery/rubbish collection is early morning and very noisy. But this is the only negative of the place, so it's really good place to stay

04/2022This accommodation was perfect for our little family. Great location, just a short walk to the beach & cafes, & the house itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Easy check-in and parking. For those with young children, I recommend a portable safety gate for the stairs if you have little wanderers & also some travel blinds if you like your rooms dark. There are already plenty of kids books so no need to pack those. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants a stress free holiday.

04/2021Just got back from our four nights in lorne. Absolutely perfect location one street back from the main strip, restaurants and beach. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (three children) excellent wifi (kinda import with kids) and two living areas meant we could chill out at the end of a day spent at the beach. Two car spaces easy to access all of our bags and boogie boards. We would highly recommend and return to the same place!
