07/2026We had a wonderful stay at this house in Lorne. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the large sofa and dining area made it a great place to relax and spend time together. The highlight was the beautiful view from the living room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

07/2025Absolutely perfect in every way. I booked in for a weekend away with friends and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and we appreciated all of the little touches, like firewood stacked at the door and blankets in every room. The hosts were extremely accommodating and our stay was seamless. The view from the lounge/dining area is a real highlight. It felt very quiet and peaceful, but was a short walk to Lorne's cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here - such a hidden gem!

06/2026The house is in a beautiful setting by the forest with lots of wildlife watching from the big windows. The lounge and kitchen area is perfect for large groups. We were two families with young children and were not aware that its a 3 level house with the third bedroom on the lowest level below the lounge and had a spiral staircase that was not safe for kids to go down. Although there was a gate at the top thankfully. The stairs going up to the 2 other bedrooms were also not safe for young kids as there was no middle rail so could easily fall off and a big gap at the top of the stairs.
Overall would recommend the house but not if you have young kids.
