Salt Air is a bright, light-filled beach house nestled
among beautiful gum trees on a large, private block, yet just 600m from the
iconic Lorne Pier and the newly renovated Grand Pacific Hotel. Perfect for a
family beach holiday or a couples’ weekend away, this stylish home combines
comfort, space, and a touch of coastal charm.
The fully equipped split-level kitchen offers stunning
ocean views and opens onto the backyard, with outdoor
dining, and a large grassy area perfect for children to play. The open-plan living and dining area is designed for
comfort and togetherness. Enjoy the open fireplace on cosy nights in or unwind and
watch movies and play board games.

March 2019We had a fantastic stay at Salt Air! Very well equipped spacious house with beautiful views and leafy garden. Absolute serenity watching the sunrise from the deck with a cuppa. We loved the visits from the kookaburras, cockatoos and magpies each day. Although they were a bit cheeky and tried to share our food!

April 2019It’s a great and large house with a really nice backyard. The kids room under the roof is definitely a great idea and our children loved having their own floor. The open living room is amazing, especially with the fireplace on. Communication and check in was super easy.. so we will definitely book again when in the area.

12/2024Host was fantastic with communication, was very pro-active in making sure we were comfortable and even offered late check-out without us requesting. The location is in a very centrally located enclave that is quiet, short walking distance to the beach and a decent walk into the town. Accommodation was clean and tidy and we felt at home. Plenty of space inside and in the rear garden! We would definitely stay again.

07/2025We had a fantastic stay at this lovely holiday home! The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well equipped the kitchen had everything we needed, from plates to glasses and more. We stayed here as two families and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our visit. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to the heart of Lorne. The backyard was great for the kids to play safely, and we truly enjoyed spending cosy evenings by the firepit in the back garden. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended and definitely a 5-star experience!

07/2025My family of 7 went in July 2025 for 2 nights. We had a blackout at night due to strong winds. The host was very responsive during our stay. She even came down to the house to help us out with the oven. We get to see the sunrise directly in-front of the house. Which is great. Overall a good and pleasant stay.
