home is perfect for a short bush walk or a leisurely picnic.
This beautiful three-bedroom home features
floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire front, filling the space with
natural light and offering stunning ocean views from the open-plan
living/kitchen area and the two main bedrooms. Early risers are rewarded with
breath-taking sunrises over the water right from the comfort of bed. A spacious undercover front deck runs the length of the
house, providing ample outdoor living space to enjoy the ocean views all year
round—perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the
coastal atmosphere. The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation,
with cosy sofas, books, chess board, Smart TV and a fireplace for cooler
months.

04/2026Highly recommended, a bit of a walk into town (which is a plus as it avoid the associated chaos during peak periods). The place has its own private driveway and everything was perfectly described. Great place to stay for young families (board games, puzzles and toys). Would definitely stay here again!

11/2017Saltwater was a great place for our family trip down Great Ocean Road. The view is spectacular and it's a great location. Our boys loved the toy cabinet and that helped save some packing space. Wonderful spot! If you've got kids this is a good spot - and the Lorne Hotel is a great place to take them for dinner too.

04/2016What a beautiful little house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was beautifully furnished, super clean and bright with a fabulous view. Was a walkable distance to town however too far for our young kids. Lorne holiday stays were easy and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend Saltwater we will definately be back!

The location was also excellent - it had easy access to the beach and was within walking distance to the main town. The house itself was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed from soap to wifi. Lorne Holiday Stays were very responsive. We were generously given a later checkout time which was very appreciated. I highly recommend staying here and would do so myself again.
