Perched at the back of Lorne, the home enjoys spectacular
views across both the ocean and treetops. It’s just a 5-minute drive to Lorne’s
cafés, boutiques, and beaches, or around a 10-minute walk (with a shortcut for
the return trip up the hill!).
Downstairs features a generous rumpus room with an
oversized sofa—perfect for movie nights—as well as a queen bedroom with
ensuite. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is both
stylish and cosy. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make
entertaining easy, while the expansive undercover deck offers another dining
option with a Weber BBQ, outdoor lounge, and unforgettable views.
In cooler months, enjoy the fireplace and central heating
upstairs, with a split system for downstairs comfort. Outside, the beautifully
landscaped garden includes a fire pit and swings for the kids, making it a home
for all seasons.

08/2024Hard to fault this place. New, quality home; bushy hillside suburb overlooking the beach which is a couple of minutes drive away. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed kitchen with everything from a coffee machine and sandwich press to flour and olive oil. Comfortable, we were in need of nothing.

06/2024We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was presented to the highest standard, and the house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fireplace was perfect for a warm cosy winter getaway. The water views from the house are breathtaking and it was a joy to wake up to each morning. 2 large bedrooms with ensuites and 1 main bathroom makes it the perfect place for a few couples or families to get away together. Highly recommend!
