Walk to the Beach, Wander to the Falls
This stylish home is nestled in a stunning bush setting beside the Erskine River and has private access to the Erskine walking track. Turn right and it’s a easy 5min stroll to the cafes and beach or turn left and walk a few minutes to see the Erskine rapids. For the keen walkers, the walking track will take you all the way to Erskine Falls, about 7km’s away.
With bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces on both levels, this is the perfect house for large families or even two small ones to share. Plenty of room to spread out! Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, plus plan living/dining with a large fireplace. While downstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry plus a gorgeous second living area.

- Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds plus 2 single trundle beds
On warm evenings you can fire up the BBQ and dine on the spacious upper deck, while listening to the sounds of the river and native wildlife. There is also a second outside dining option downstairs.
*Please note, wood for the fireplace will be provided during April - mid October inclusive. BYO firewood for any stays outside these months.

08/2023Our recent stay at 'The Nest' was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and meant that we could walk to the Mainstreet with ease. The house itself was not only spacious and immaculately clean but also fully equipped for our group of 8 friends. 08/2022I would highly recommend staying here. It's a beautiful house! There is no need to go out in Lorne, just stay here by the fire! You're surrounded by wildlife too. A koala climbed up the tree next to the house while we were there - you don't see that everyday!

10/2022Perfect for 6 of us. A lot bigger than we thought. The place had two sitting rooms which was a bonus. Bedrooms were all spacious and beds very comfy. Bedrooms were immaculate, as was the whole place. Not far away for the town centre / beach and easy to get to Erskine Waterfall and Livewire. Kitchen was extremely well stocked - from ketchup / salt and Pepper to an abundance of glasses / mugs / oven trays. Eating was made easy with plenty of eating space. Two bathrooms both have plenty of space (one downstairs and one up). There is a spiral staircase to the downstairs section but it has grips on each step so wasn’t a concern. The driveway is quite steep so would recommended reversing down and driving straight back up. Our 4x4 car struggled slightly reversing back out the driveway. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.
