At Lorne Holiday Stays we have three holiday homes available to rent located right along side the Erskine river with a lovely tree outlook. 

The Nest, River House 1 & River House 2 each have a set of stairs at the property which lead down to a riverside path. If you follow the path downstream, it's a short stroll to the supermarket and the beginning of the main strip. If you follow the path upstream, after only a few hundred metres you will arrive at the Erskine River rapids. A large open clearing of water cascading over lava flow rocks. A beautiful spot close by well worth exploring. Please note track is slippery when wet. 

The riverside path is the beginning of the Lorne to Erskine Falls walk. It's a 7.5km one way walk through the stunning Otway National Park. The walk has many river crossings and is only recommend for experienced walkers. Check the Parks Victoria website for further up to date information before you attempt this track.
